This was a simple project with an existing product that required new plastic injection tooling. Strong Design 3D CAD modelled both components from the current products then generated detailed product drawings for the client to gain approval to start the manufacture of the new tooling.

Strong design also provided the more complex shut-off details of the tool design so the client could complete the tooling manufacture. Strong Design also CNC machined several electrodes used in the manufacture of the tooling. Project was completed in days and on budget.
