The client asked us to develop a plastic case that would house a wireless Eftpos unit and iPhone in a single unit. We designed several options for the client to choose from and the preferred model was then taken and refined further using client feedback, before being 3D printed in-house.

After client approval the final design was printed partly off-site (using stereolithography) and CNC machined in-house for final product testing. Strong Design then completed the tool design and tooling manufacture before supplying the client with their first production quantity. This project was completed on time and on budget.
